Job Description
Through new product innovation and acquisition, the group aim is to grow its market share and strengthen its position as the UKs premier online direct marketing service group.
Reporting into the Group Credit and Billings Manager you will maintain full responsibility for a circa £2m ledger.
Duties include:
- Responsibility for the collection on circa 350 accounts, split across four group ledgers.
- Chasing values ranging from £500 to £50k.
- Chasing via phone, fax, e-mail and letter.
- Resolving complex queries.
- Raising copy invoices and credit notes if required.
- Allocation of payments received to the sales ledger.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Sending statements of accounts. Benefits offer by the company include:
