Job Description

This small but successful artist management and production company, who work with some of the UK`s most popular bands and solo artists urgently seek an accounts assistant to join them on a temp to perm basis. Your duties will include accounts payable, petty cash, expenses, bank reconciliations and internal company recharges for a variety of projects. You will also need to liaise with tour managers to ensure shows remain on budget and accurate cost reports are maintained. You should have experience in a busy media environment where there`s lots going on at once! You should also have a firm knowledge of the accounts payable process. Knowledge of Sun Accounts would be preferred and a good level of Excel, a must. This is an excellent role for someone wanting to work in an exciting industry in a relaxed and friendly company.
