Job Description

Day to day duties:-

- Managing the Purchase Order systems - Converting Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders, right the way through to the completion of Goods Receipt stage
- Managing the Purchase ledger system
- Processing business claim expenses
- Performing payment runs
- Managing the Accounts receivable - issuing sales invoices
- Management of petty cash
- Assisting in month end reporting
- Assisting with the year end audit
- Bank reconciliations

Skills:-

- Experience in accounting software and Purchase Ordering systems
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of the Excel spreadsheets
