Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager and managing a small yet dedicated finance team, you will be specifically responsible for:
- The production and review of monthly management accounts, broken down by product type and customer spend, with detailed analysis and commentary.
- Cost analysis and variance analysis
- Monthly reporting to the Senior Executive team
- Statutory accounts preparation
- Overseeing the processing of payroll matters.
Skills required:
- In order to be successful in this post, you will be a qualified accountant (or finalist awaiting sign-off), ideally with exposure of working in a commercial organisation.
- You should have highly developed communication skills, as much of your time will be spent "on the shop floor" liaising with key stakeholders and non-finance professionals.
- Experience of supervising and developing more junior staff members would also be advantageous, as would knowledge of various IT packages
