Job Description
Produce accurate, relevant and timely information, both financial and non financial, to enable effective management and prudent decision making at every level
Lead the development and implementation of an ongoing 3 year Financial Strategy
Develop and maintain effective internal control systems, both financial and non financial, through continuous improvement
Manage and develop a small finance team
You will have regular contact with both financial and non financial staff so it is essential you have excellent communication skills coupled with a natural ability to be able to negotiate and influence. You will be qualified CCAB ( ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPfA ) , have excellent IT skills and have a desire to harbour and manage change
