Financial ReportingTechnical Manager/Director - Job Details: Norwich
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the technical department of this recognised and performing firm. The role will encompass a wide range of duties related to the management and delivery of internal training and development covering all areas of Financial Reporting.
You will report to the firm's Partners and provide support to Audit Compliance and Audit Monitoring whilst working within an established department that also specialises in all areas of taxation. The successful candidate will be expected to take on a proactive approach, researching current and future requirements to give direction to the implementation of best practice in fields of Auditing and Accounting standards for all areas including charities and pension financial reporting.
Whilst the main focus is on internal training and development, you will be expected to deliver seminars to clients and potential clients, demonstrating a focused pro-active approach to the promotion of technical excellence.

Personal requirements:
- ACA qualified
- Professional practice experience
- Exposure to auditing a wide range of clients.
- Management level experience - training and developing staff
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Balance of strong technical and commercial expertise
