Job Description
Technically astute Assistant Manager required for our client, a North-West based Financial Services firm.
The business provide a range of financial services for an impressive portfolio of external clients and, having undertaken a period of internal restructure, require an Assistant Finance Manager to join their operation in the North of England.
The assistant manager will be primarily responsible for assisting with the planning and organisation of the work required to support the accountancy services required by their external client base. Key will also be meeting the regulatory and statutory reporting requirements of these clients, and managing a small team internally to undertake various tasks to support the above.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good level of technical accounting ability, ideally with managerial experience within either a Public Practice firm, or for a business that provide a similar, Third-party service. You will additionally have strong business acumen, with first-rate communication and organisational skills.
