Job Description
As a main focus area, he/she is going to be responsible for improving the visibility and process controls with their distributor. He/she will be managing a team of four and is going to be responsible for ensuring that processes are compliant for statutory, sox and business controls.
Pre-requisites
With an impressive career history, a creative dynamic can do' personality and with experience in any project environment, the successful candidate will have the following:
• Recognised UK Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW)
• Ideally experience in being part of a team working in a Blue Chip or SME environment.
• Demonstrable exp of management accounting that encompasses statistical review, analysis & consolidation of data.
• Proven ability to communicate with, influence and facilitate business decisi ons with internal and external parties.
• Proven ability to build relationships across a wide range of disciplines and levels of management, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrable creative thinking with an ability to share knowledge & experience and to lead and develop other team members.
• Ambition and the ability to work under pressure.
