Job Description
One of London's leading broker dealers is looking for an experienced project manager to implement year 1 Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). This is an exciting opportunity to essentially take a blank canvass and design and implement an in-house SOX team from scratch. Being a newly listed company, the role is not restricted to SOX long-term as there will be plenty of room to grow and develop within the organisation. There is currently a high focus on controls and further projects planned as a result.
You will be reporting directly to the UK CFO and the Head of Global SOX in New York. The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience implementing year 1 SOX within a financial services organisation and as this is a high profile role, you must be confident, credible, and be able to face off to and influence senior management.
