Job Description
Are you a qualified accountant looking for a commercial role within a top tier London practice firm?
This is a superb opportunity to work in the hub of this internal financial function dealing with complex accounts and large balance sheets.
Working closely with the Group Financial Controller you will have significant input into the annual year end accounts, production of statutory accounts and assist with the full consolidation of the Group. Other areas of responsibility will encompass; quarterly management accounts for the LLP, monthly management accounts for Group subsidiaries, assistance with the annual group budget process and compilation.
You will supervise junior members of the finance department where required and have the ability to manage work streams where directed.
Ideally you will have trained and qualified within a practice firm before moving into industry. This position will be ideal for those looking to return to practice and combine there their skills from both industries. You will demonstrate volumes of statutory accounts preparation from source records to competition and possess excellent verbal & written English language skills.
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3-5 years PQE with proven commercial / practice based knowledge of the internal finance function.
