Job Description

My client is a rapidly growing company that are situated very near to Wimbledon. They are looking for credit controller's to join their stable, successful team in a thriving environment. Candidates should have a good telephone manner, well rounded customer service skills and preferably experience of working in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collections with new and existing clients accounts. You will be available to work on a temp-perm basis and once permanent receive monthly performance related bonuses of up to £250. Opportunities for progression are good as the company grows and successful candidates should posses a driven, target orientated manner and enjoy working with a supportive, dedicated team. You will enjoy a challenge and like working in a quick paced environment.
Duties
•Managing a portfolio of aged debtors in order to ensure timely collection and effective management
•Prompt collection of payment and reconciliation of customer accounts
•Handling a high volume of customer account queries
•Chasing outstanding debts via telephone
•Negotiating payment terms and instalment plans with customers
