Job Description
My client, an established multinational organisation, is seeking a Financial Accountant to work alongside the Financial Shared Services Manager and provide accurate and timely financial reporting and completion of statutory and corporation tax returns. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant external standards. Key accountabilities will include managing the month-end and year-end process, working with cost centre managers to ensure accurate processing of accruals and prepayments, dealing with transfer pricing issues, liaising with auditors, and overseeing the timely preparation of VAT and Intrastat returns.
The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified from a small to medium sized accountancy practice. Good IT literacy including Microsoft Excel, and ideally SAP, would be advantageous.
