Job Description
An exciting 4 month temporary job opportunity exists for a Purchase Ledger Clerk as an integral part of the accounts team in a leading fashion house in London's thriving West End. Working as part of a lively and sociable accounts team you will be expected to have experience in:
-Matching, batching and coding invoices
-Inputting invoices into the system
-Dealing with suppliers queries
-Account and statement reconciliation
-Chaps/BACS/cheque payment run preparation
The position is available immediately, and due to the continuing success and growth of the company may lead to the possibility of a long-term position. You will also be able to take advantage of generous working hours in a stylish modern office, with excellent transport links from anywhere in the city.
This role will pay between £10 and £12 per hour, and in return for this we are seeking someone who is:
-Outgoing
-Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Has the confidence and ability to answer any supplier queries
-Is familiar with computerised accounting packages
