An outstanding opportunity has become available for an ambitious qualified accountant to join to join a globally renowned energy firm as a Senior Accountant. Listed on the NYSE and with assets worth in excess of $10billion, this organisation is experiencing exceptional growth in these hesitant times and is uniquely positioned for further expansion in the Gulf of Mexico, Canada and West Africa. Reporting to the Financial Director at the central London HQ, the core responsibilities of the role will include: preparation of quarterly management accounts, annual consolidated budgets, group statutory financial statements as well as undertaking ad-hoc projects and accounting research directed by the Financial Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified accountant with at least 5yrs post-qualified experience and previous international financial accounting experience to embark on a career with real progression possibilities and responsibility from the beginning.
