Job Description

Multinational Software Group are currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to join one of their fastest growing teams based out in Canary Wharf. This particular software brand is a market leader in the Fund Accounting Industry. Working within a team of seven, the successful candidate will ensure that clients are supported to the highest standards. This is a functional role so sound business knowledge of the investment industry is required across a broad spectrum of fund types and asset classes. Main responsibilities will include: - interpreting functional client queries on this world leading fund accounting software. - Recreation of client issues in a test environment - Liaising with both US and UK based development areas - Testing of the maintenance issues and new release of software during the the release cycle. There will be the opportunity to travel to clients who can range, from North London, Dublin or Bermuda! The successful candidate will have at least three years experience within the Fund Accounting Industry. Preferably you will also have exposure to the production of Fund NAV's and/or production of Fund Financial Statements.
