Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational financial support to the commissioning organisation and commissioning groups, in developing world class commissioning arrangements and delivering changes required from local and national initiatives such as Payment By Results, Practice Based Commissioning & individual budgets. You will be responsible for the analysis, interpretation and production of complex financial information.
Applicants should have:
· CCAB qualified with relevant experience working at senior level within a large organisation.
· Experience of the financial aspects of service contracting (commissioning)
· Strong financial management, forecasting and performance management exposure.
· Evidence of continuous improvement techniques.
· Staff management & development experience
