Job Description
The Job
- From the UK office, set up regional control systems for the establishment and controls of treasury flows in the South American region
- Assisting the Treasury supervisor in the development of a centralised group treasury, including preparation of treasury movements (cash book, payments, credits) and banks summaries and reconciliation of accounts
- Assisting the Treasury supervisor in developing a centralised group cash-flow
- Maintenance and reconciliation of intercompany balances
- Liaison with finance and accounting personnel in other group entities
- Assisting in the implementation of a Treasury Management System
- Assisting in the preparation of funding business plan and bank presentations
- Assisting in the management of the internal controls and compliance procedures related to the Group's Bank operations
- Liaison with national and international banks
- Negotiate documents with counterparts and Ad Hoc financial reports and investigations
