Job Description
Duties will include
-Processing Payment Requests, cheques, donations
-Issuing of Retirement Gift Vouchers
-Cash Management, distribution of retained cash
-Preparation of Monthly Accounts
-Reconciliation of PGO Account, Nat West Accounts and John Lewis Vouchers
-Summary Investment Report
-Income and Expenditure Report for Charity Committee
-Other Additional Report for Committee as required
-Preparation of Committee Agenda and attending Scholl Committee Meeting
-Preparing annual reports, financial accounts and annual returns
-Dealing with Fund Management Queries
-Issuing of Statements to fund Managers
-Maintenance of Authorised Signatories and Trust Deeds
