Job Description

JOB DETAILS
· Support the monthly accounting cycle: Creating GL entries, allocations, accruals, reconciliations, monthly closing.
· Prepare and analyze cost centre reports, in preparation for monthly reviews with cost centre managers.
· Support P&L overview and analysis, including Gross Margin and EBIT analysis.
· Support the preparation of management and statutory reporting.
· Assist in preparation of annual budget setting
· Support Finance manager and management with business presentations and ad hoc projects.
· Support investment and resource allocation analysis, as needed.
· Provide analytical support to assigned cost centre managers:
Þ Provide value-added business analysis to support the business decision making process.

- Familiarity with complex financial applications; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel skills are essential)
- Pro-active approach, recognising issues and ensuring they are addressed to management
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment where there may be conflicting priorities
- Excellent communicator, capable of dealing effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organisation
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Ability to deliver results, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to make decisions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
University degree in a business related discipline.
· Qualified accountant.
