Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading global pharmaceutical business based near to Uxbridge town centre. A short walk from the tube and shopping district, this worldwide organisation has a European head office function and this pivotal role sits within the Finance and Commercial Operations function. Working closely with a senior qualified accountant, you will take on a number of challenging responsibilities combining technical aspects of accounting with the chance to develop your reporting and analysis skills. Duties will include intercompany accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and inventory reconciliations whilst getting involved with reporting on 6 EU countries and financial analysis work.

The successful individual will be studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification and have worked within a European accounting environment in a 'product' based business. Knowledge of a European language is desirable however not essential. You will enjoy the technical aspect of accounting and working under your own initiative.
