Job Profile
An exciting vacancy has arisen within Britain’s leading direct bank for a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser to work in a branch around the Bournemouth area of this fast-moving FTSE 100 company with £42 billion of customer advances, customer deposits of £21 billion and 1.5 million active accounts. You will be required to work alongside the branch staff and provide regulated mortgage advice to its existing and new clients. You will offer advice in the full range of mortgages mainly residential and buy to let. As well as dealing with the mortgages you will also be required to offer advice in all aspects of protection products, including ASU, Term assurance and Buildings and Contents. You should have a professional manner and have a good working knowledge of mortgages and the associated protection vehicles.

Applicant Requirements
As you will be providing advice in a regulated environment, you must possess the full Certificate of Mortgage and Practice (CeMAP) and ideally be experienced in offering face to face mortgage advice. You should also have a good track record of cross selling the various protection products that are available, including ASU, Term assurance and buildings and contents.
