Job Description
As one of the UK's leading tax planning practices, and with approximately 2,800 tax experts around the country, our client is renowned for the depth and quality of their expertise. Their approach embraces many aspects of tax problem solving from ideas to implementation, blending the skills of financial and tax specialists with economists and our other in-house experts as necessary.
The practice is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior to join their Birmingham office.
The team advises a broad range of clients, consisting mainly of large UK-based, multinational and inbound companies in a wide range of industry sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work on some high quality challenging work and get highly involved in projects from a very early stage.
The ideal candidate will be either ACA or CTA qualified, with strong corporate tax experience and be looking to take their career to the next stage.
You will be working directly with managers and senior managers, and also at time with tax directors and partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a challenging and varied client portfolio and working to deadlines;
Running and supervising project work delegated to junior staff and it's delivery to the client;
Building and developing client relationships;
Increasing financial management of a client portfolio;
Attending office business development events.
