Job Description
Based in excellent offices in Central London, the lucky applicant will be working in a thriving and fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
- Credit Control-chasing outstanding debts according to credit terms and conditions and following company procedures to recover debt
- Daily Banking of cash, and posting to sales ledger
- Sending out monthly statements of outstanding debts
- Updating cash flow
- Preparing weekly debtors report with notes for distribution to Directors.
- Distributing weekly debtors report to account handlers
- Liaising with account handlers
- Circulation of daily and weekly cash received
- Dealing with Customers queries
- Raising draft invoices and credit notes from client budgets
- Ensuring correct cost allocation is completed and purchase orders are raised
- Completion of Job bag reviews with account handlers
- Updating client budgets with invoices raised
