Job Description
Working as part of the Group corporate tax team of 15+ professionals, this organisation has a vacancy for a strong corporate tax specialist with some experience in international tax matters to develop their knowledge and take on an advisory focused role.
You will take on more of a focus on the US business units looking at structuring financing into the US and the dividend flow back into the UK. You will need to demonstrate working knowledge of the technical issues surrounding DTR/CFC planning.
This role would be a great move for someone currently working in Practice and looking to take on an advisory focused in-house role, or equally someone who is already working in-house who wants to take on more advisory work.
