Project Accountant (Mergers & Acquisitions) Basingstoke, £50K
Position: Project Accountant
Location: Basingstoke, Berkshire
Salary: £45 to £50K
CLIENT:
Our client is a world-leading manufacturer, distributor and reseller of commercial water dispensing and purifying systems with an impressive record of growth. The group has operating businesses across Europe, the USA and China. Due to relocation and expansion, they have the following opportunities at their new office based in Basingstoke.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Key member of international acquisition team.
b) Preparing pre acquisition analysis.
c) Ensuring post acquisition integration within our clients group.
d) Developing and completing Internal Audit programmes for our client.
e) Undertaking projects as required and provide financial support to projects across the Group.
f) Supporting the development of the Finance contribution throughout the Group.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
b) Commercially aware with international experience.
c) M&A experience including post acquisition integration.
d) Audit and internal audit experience.
e) Excellent attention to detail.
f) Technically up to date.
g) Excellent inter-personal skills demonstrated cross cultures/internationally.
h) Willing to travel internationally as required.
You may have experience in the following roles: Project Accountant, Qualified Project Accountant, M&A Project Manager, M&A Project Accountant, Mergers and Acquisitions Project Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions Project Account, Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, Senior Project Accountant, Head of Acquisitions, M&A Accountant, Senior Acquisition Accountant, Senior Acquisition Manager etc.
