Job Description

The new finance manager job will be focused on;

· Production of Management Information

· Pricing

· Productivity models in operations

· Contracts - Customer & Supplier

· Forecasting

· Budgeting

· Variance analysis

· Inter-department financial awareness

· Supporting decision making at a senior level

· Bank/Audit relations

· Management of Finance Department - supported by Finance supervisor

· 4 direct reports - Sales ledger, Purchase Ledger, Credit Controller, Finance supervisor/General Ledger

· Part of senior management team

· Liaising with external stakeholders

· Delivering of timely information to international Executive team

· Reporting to UK MD

· Dotted reporting line to international FD

CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified
· post qualification experience
·Experience in manufacturing or other process driven environments
·Strong interpersonal skills
·Good communicator
·Very good financial modelling experience
·Strong excel skills
·Able to take the financial lead in a fast growing business
