National law firm is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their Real Estate Litigation team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Job Profile
West Yorkshire law firm is seeking an individual to provide administrative and filing support to the secretaries in the Real Estate Litigation team. The role will predominantly cover filing tasks but you may occasionally be asked to support secretaries within the team/department. Reporting to the Department Administrator and Department Manager, your duties will also include maintaining client files, printing e-mails, archiving, collecting cheques and photocopying.

Applicant Requirements
Applications are encouraged from candidates with some previous administrative experience gained within an office environment. Experience of filing would be hugely beneficial. You will be able to work well as part of a team, communicate effectively and have a 'can do' attitude to work.
