Job Description

Our client, a leading financial services organisation based in the Dorking area, is looking to recruit a Procurement Manager for their Business Planning & Performance team. Ultimately, the individual will be responsible for target annual cost reduction in conjunction with delivering business requirements and will be over-seeing over c£20m per annum of total non-staff spend. The post-holder will continuously improve and develop the procurement function to deliver best practice including purchasing systems, purchasing policies, supplier relationships, management information, cost improvement and value for money purchasing culture. The incumbent must have a CIPS qualification and a demonstrable track record in delivering cost improvement through procurement activities in a complex business environment. It is imperative that the individual has strong leadership skills, has demonstrable experience of leading change management initiatives and matrix management experience. Salary and benefits are highly competitive for this role.
