Job Description
My client is currently recruiting for a Portfolio Management Accountant to join their large finance department. You will be a key business partner and member of the Estates senior management team. You will provide effective financial management and decision support to Senior Managers within the estates department.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CIPFA). You will be able to lead the long term planning, budgeting process and capital planning, preparation of monthly management accounts including presentation to Line Managers and other non financial staff. You will manage the ongoing forecasting of all income and expenditure and help develop and implement systems enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiencies and support the operating plans and performance reporting for the management team.
My client is a growing educational facility based in Lincoln. They offer an excellent package including generous holiday entitlement, local government pension scheme and free on site parking. You will be working in modern open plan offices, with numerous additional on site facilities.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
