Job Description

This corporate finance team are solely dedicated to providing lead advisory services, on Management buy-outs and Business sales. If you are a recently qualified chartered accountant, this role within lead advisory will provide an excellent opportunity to learn and start building corporate finance experience early in your career. You will be involved in pitching, researching, modelling, supporting negotiations and liaising with a variety of professionals. Due to the size and nature of the team you will be exposed to a greater number of deals and better quality of deal than in most lead advisory environments. The firms target transaction size is within £10m to £100m and their target deals can come from a variety of industry sectors, resulting in you gaining a wide variety of corporate finance experience. You will work alongside a highly experienced team of inspirational and market leading corporate finance professionals and will receive the best possible training and support.
