Outstanding opportunity to join a leading global fund manager, based in the heart of Central London, in an autonomous and incredibly commercial business partnering role. With phenomenal performance and resistance to the credit crunch, this is a well-known and top tier fund manager with 50 in finance and countless opportunities for ambitious and career minded people. This position will support one of their key businesses (acquired last year from their nearest rival) and provide crucial decision support, management information and ad hoc analysis for strategic decision makers. This role is entirely new and designed to work with a business area that has previously lacked decent support from finance so offers the opportunity of coming in and really putting in place what you see fit. The role is intended to be detail orientated and can offer plenty of exposure to complex investments, how they operate, investment strategies and seeking to understand their revenue and cost drivers. We're looking for an experienced accountant, either practice trained or from industry, with strong analytical skills likely to have been gained within an asset management environment. You'll need to be sharp, incredibly ambitious and with a clear career focus and strong track record of success.
