Systems Accountant at Rutland County Council

These are exciting times in local government and life at Rutland County Council is no different, particularly within the finance department where there is substantial change occurring in order to ensure the provision of a customer focussed high value service. One of these changes is the implementation of Agresso as the new ERP system.
 
Following the successful recruitment of two qualified accountants to the authority to work in key service areas, this new opportunity has been created for a qualified accountant to assist in this system implementation and subsequent development and maintenance. Specific responsibilities include the development and delivery of system training for all users, development of financial management information and reporting, and ensuring a corporate approach is maintained across the organisation.
