Job Description
Credit Controller required to be responsible for chasing outstanding debt by telephone, email and reminder letter. As the Credit Controller, you will work to keep all debts within their agreed credit limits/payment terms by negotiating with Clients and resolving any service issues. This Credit Controller will also be responsible for reviewing credit limits and resolving invoice queries. You will ensure all monies received are posted to the correct accounts and escalate queries regarding non payment to your line manager where necessary.
This Credit Controller is someone who has working experience within a Credit Control function and has excellent communication and customer service skills. You should be enthusiastic, a good team player and have a positive attitude. You should be able to work on your own initiative as well as being aware of what's happening within the rest of the team. Full training on company procedures will be given. A permanent role is available for the right candidate.
