Job Description
Financial Controller required immediately for a period of 6 months whilst a permanent FC is sourced. This role, within a manufacturing organisation essentially covers all financial, management and statutory accounting issues as well as full involvement in product costing issues and the like.
You will be a fully qualified accountant with experience of working in the manufacturing sector. You will be a good 'all rounder' with solid reporting skills but also be confident in communicating with operational managers regarding product and overhead issues. Experience of standard costing is also a requirement.
This is an immediate temporary need but since this role is covering a permanent position, there is a high chance of you remaining within this business for the forseeable future. Career interims are encouraged to apply for this role - it is not a pre-requisite that you would like to be considered for the permanent role.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
