Job Description
Financial Controller urgently required to undertake the key financial role in this highly interesting small business. Tasked with overseeing and developing a small, dedicated finance team, your role will be very 'hands on' and require the chosen person to show leadership and cover all aspects of the company finances especially cash flow and also managing the accounting package
More than likely you will be a well grounded qualified by experience accountant ; Qualified accountants who can demonstrate an active hands on approach are also welcome. 'Cash is king' with this size of organisation so your cash flow management background will be impeccable. You will take a pre-emptive approach to your work and have proven gravitas. This will be in evidence with your strong communication skills in dealing with the board and non financial stakeholders. It must also be said that knowledge in drawing down grants from public finance bodies will be a major advantage.
