Job Description
Key duties include:
- Contacting debtor accounts in order to retrieve moneys, via phone, fax and e-mail.
- Dealing with extensive amounts of queries, through communication with dispatch team and account managers.
- Raising debit and credit notes where required.
- Sending out statements every two weeks.
- Attaining collection targets of circa £1m monthly.
- Gradual reduction of the aged debt (currently standing at £500k).
- Banking and allocating Cheque payments received.
- Ensuring you keep 60 day + debt remains under 8% of total ledger. Salary on offer is up to £24,000 dependent on experience.
