Job Description
Corporate Finance Professional required for a diverse job with one of the East Midlands premier regional firms.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the corporate finance director and team, preparation of detailed and accurate forecasts and cashflow projections.
- Interpretation of accounts and assessing values of businesses both for sale and purchase purposes. To include research in businesses for sale.
- Dealing with corporate finance projects; being acquisitions, disposals, share valuations and whitewash procedures.
- Reading detailed contracts and liaising with solicitors on issues that may be relevant.
- Communicating with clients, purchasers, vendors and banks that are involved in deals.
- Planning workflow and meeting deadlines.
- Working closely with the tax team on tax aspects of corporate finance work.
- Attendance at networking and marketing events.
