Job Description
Credit Controller required to join a friendly, professional team of credit controllers in Coleshill. You will be responsible for chasing debt from a high volume of accounts by telephone, letter, email and fax. You will also deal with queries and reconcile accounts. Other duties include associated administration such as providing copy invoices, dealing with credit notes and preparing monthly reports. You will also credit check customers and put accounts on hold where necessary.
You will be an accomplished business to business credit controller who has used accounts software and Excel. You will enjoy working to targets and have the ability to effectively collect cash whilst maintaining good business relations. You will have excellent verbal and written communications skills as you will be liaising with customers, external agencies and other departments. This role would suit someone who is looking to work as part of team for a professional company.
