Job Description

Assistant Accountant required for a medium term contract position. In this role you will be expected to: assist the management accountant with cash flow forecasts, production of the profit and loss and balance sheet, VAT returns and ad hoc work as and when required.
Ideally you will be fully AAT qualified or studying towards a recognised qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA. You will have past experience as a assistant accountant and have had exposure to the management accounts. You will be an excel advanced user and be available on short notice or immediately.
My client are a large service sector organisation with bases in both Redditch and Solihull. Primarily this role will be based out of Solihull, however further opportunities may arise in the Reddtich branch. Parking is available and hours of work are 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
