Job Description
Credit Controller required to work within a busy accounts department. Your duties as credit controller will be to assist the credit manager in her duties which include, prepare daily cash, minimise credit balances, minimise old debt, customer statements, monitor allocated debt situation, collection of overdue debts by telephone and letter, liaison with customers to ensure debts are collected and attend regular credit meetings.
The successful candidate will be experienced within Credit Control, with excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients to ensure payments are received promptly on an ongoing basis. You should be used to working to targets and have proven experience within a similar role. You should show an ability to work effectively under pressure and have a strong personality.
