Job Description
Part Time Maternity Cover Role. My client is a large not for profit organisation. They are looking to recruit a Part Time Temporary Management Accountant with a public sector background. The role will focus on variance analysis, Providing informed and well thought out commentary for any variances, Improving the quality of management information to the senior management team, Helping non finance budget holders get to grips with financial information; Ensure that grant funded projects are correctly monitored
The ideal candidate will be qualified by experience or Part Qualified. It is key to this role that you are able to demonstrate a background of producing clear variance analysis and sensible commentary on the information received. A background of working in the grant funded sector would certainly be an advantage but not absolutely critical .The ability to assist non finance managers and budget holders is however very important.
My client is a progressive Not For Profit organisation that has an excellent reputation in its sector. They are currently going through a period of re-organisation so now is an exciting time to join. As an organisation they provide a service that is high in demand to the local region. The are seeking applications from suitably Qualified candidates with a background in the not for profit sector who are able to add value to their organisation.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
