Job Description

Carving out a niche in the private equity sphere has typically proven to be the way to generate outstanding return on investment and this company has done just that. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial investor at the top of its game and contribute to their innovative business model. Specifically, you will take ownership for the reporting of new and existing venture capital and private equity funds implementing key improvements in the process and providing the necessary information to allow fund managers to make informed decisions about business performance. Significant growth is anticipated over the next two years and as such we are looking for an individual that has the capability and the drive to grow with the company. This is a role well suited to a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with previous experience in private equity fund accounting, either in practice, with PE administrator or ?in house`. A solid technical grasp of UK GAAP and IFRS is essential through this role has the potential to go way beyond statutory reporting and we are looking to hear from accountants that will be able to make contributions the businesses day to day operations.
