Job Description

Our client, specialising in event management for the business sector are offering the opportunity to join a close knit team of 3 finance staff. With a turnover in excess of £20 million, the company is still growing and offering a great future.
Key duties include:
Sales Ledger

- Full management
- Contract processing and order creation
- Credit note and adjustment processing
- Production and issue of statements
- Liaison with Operations Managers on all aspects of debt collection.
- Manage bad debt provision
- Month end closing and reporting
- Liaison with external debt collectors
- Reconciliation to contract database
- Maintain Fixed Asset register
- Manage Accruals & prepayments
- Process month end journals
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Post all necessary year end journals
- Production of all schedules for auditors and primary contact during audit.
