Job Description
Group Accountant required, responsibilities will include: The production of key accounting routines; Collation and production of monthly Financial reporting information; Completion of budgets and forecasts; Management of cash and working capital; Management of the accounts function; Strategy reporting; Continually revise/review financial practices and organisation.
The successful applicant must be a Qualified Accountant; Ideally Ex Practice, with the ability to relate to fast moving, customer focused environment and manage finance in a way that is supportive of this culture.; Capable of bringing a structured, longer term approach to finance and I.T., to support development of the brand.; Ability/comfortable with strategic level thinking, but sufficiently hands on to be close to detail. It is crucial that contract financial management remains sound; Good interpersonal skills and independence to add weight to the management team.
The business has a history of providing multi-disciplinary construction projects across the private and public sectors. The company has facilities in the Midlands, South West and South Wales Region. Locally based managers control local resources to ensure projects are completed, and services provided, to the highest standards.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
