Job Description
Client Accountant is required for a progressive role with my client. As the assistant client accountant you will have responsibility for bank reconciliation, VAT reporting, budget implementation as well as liaising with key clients and ad-hoc financial duties. Immediate progression opportunities are available depending on performance.
As the successful candidate you will have previous experience working within a property management company with some exposure to client reporting as well as reconciliations and electronic banking experience. Strong communications experience is essential with APB experience being desirable but not essential.
My client is a property management company who's head office function is situated in one of the most desirable areas of Birmingham. They currently have a property portfolio what covers all market sectors with a capital value of in excess of 1.5 bn. Excellent progression opportunities as well as an impressive package can be expected.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
