Job Description
Reconciliations Team Leader required for a busy purchase ledger department. As a reconciliation team leader, you will oversea a team of 4 purchase ledger clerks, who focus on reconciling supplier statements. You will be tasked with implementing a daily work structure, which will include setting weekly & monthly team targets.
The ideal candidate will be looking for the next step in his or her career within accounts. Previous purchase ledger experience coupled with managing a small team are essential qualities needed for this role. You must be able to motivate, coach and provide support where needed. This role would suit a confident, personable , tenacious and professional person, who also has a sense of humor and a bubbly personality.
Our client based in Leicestershire has been a victim of continued success over the years, with offices nationwide and a number of products across their portfolio, they are well known across their industry sector and highly reputable.
