Job Description

My client is a global leader in asset and wealth management services dealing with ultra-high net worth clients with exposure to every major worldwide market that few firms can compete with. This role involves owning and supporting legal entity control and the reporting environment in the UK. You will regularly liaise with colleagues on the continent and in Asia, with the overall objective of ensuring legal entity integrity across the business. Key responsibilities for this role include accounts production, monthly flash reporting, appropriating financial analysis to senior management and preparing and reviewing transfer pricing files. This role is extremely high profile and requires significant organisational and communication skills as there is high exposure to senior management. The role will also be managing a team of 2. Successful candidates will have extensive audit experience gained within a top tier firm, preferably within the financial services sector. My client also requires individuals to have a good working knowledge of UK/US GAAP and audit file preparation.
