Job Description
Join this high profile investment banks in a tax structuring role.
You will assist with transactions early in the deal process, identifying the key issues and developing with the aid of a tax perspective from the off. You will be reviewing existing transactions, attending due diligence meeting and making recommendations to senior risk management staff.
You will need to have tax experience and relevant qualifications gained in a banking environment of leading public practice accounting or legal firm. You will need to be commercially orientated and have prior experience working on transactions and tax due diligence.
