Interim Finance Director, Business Transformation 6 months £600 - £800 pd My client, a service sector business is seeking an exceptional candidate to steer the business through a period of considerable change and restructuring following M & A activity. You will lead the integration strategy for the business and take responsibility for all project management functions including hiring staff, managing performance, status reporting, senior level presentations and budget management. Reporting to the Chief Executive you will be a fully qualified accountant, CA or equivalent, with superb people management skills and a proven track record of grasping complex systems fast. Being a 'hands on' team player you will have first class technical and project management skills. Based in the UK, but some international travel will be required.
