KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

-         Debtor ageing
-         % customer balances collected by direct debit
-         Number of legal accounts
-         Accuracy of sales ledger records


PROFILE OF JOB HOLDER:

Essential
-         GCSE grades A to C or equivalent in English and Maths
-         Working knowledge of credit control systems and standard processes
-         Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
-         Able to work without direct supervision to tight deadlines
-        Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively
-        Good personal presentation
